SAS^IT has excellent relationships with a number of Tier 1 vendors in the IT infrastructure marketplace. These include IBM, Sun, Cisco, HP and NetApp We manage and maintain systems from all of these vendors either onsite at our Greenlane Data Centre. Additionally we procure products for our customer base through the New Zealand business IT distribution channels, from Ingram Micro, Datastor,  eXeed and Express Data.

As part of the develop side of our business, we create solutions using software products from IBM, Microsoft, CA, Sun and Vision using our in-house development team based in Greenlane. We licence and provide support for software products from all of these key vendors. We provide first- and second-level support for a number of these products and maintain relationships with the vendors to manage support calls on behalf of our mission critical customers. We also have strong relationships with Telecom / Gen-i, Vodafone & Vector to deliver networking services to our customers. We provide a Records Management Compliance practise with AXS-One to assist our customers to meet the Public Records Act 2005, and other related legislation.

Fantastic hardware and cool middleware doesn't run a business alone, so we work with the key players in the ERP system space to provide an application / infrastructure partnership around both M3 with Lawson and SAP with Realtech and Soltius.

Complimentary to the core mission critical systems, we have delivered services to our customers that include the setup and management of a Blackberry mobile email solution with Digital Mobile. Routine daily tasks, such as the management of CommVault & Tivoli backup infrastructures are our operational focus with off-site tape storage hosted at Plan-B. In fact we are delivering the testing of the disaster recovery process for System i customers subscribed to the Plan-B service.
