SASIT believes that investment in business analysis and modeling will provide a major contribution to the success of any business process re-engineering, new systems development, or system enhancement/modification projects.
Inaccurate or inconsistent process and system documentation is likely to result in erroneous decisions and a corresponding misallocation of the organisation's resources, budgets and time. Failure to properly identify and prioritise business requirements will make it virtually impossible for the selected solutions to meet the needs of the organisation, inevitably failing to deliver on-time or within budget.
It is this focus on understanding a client's requirements and being able to model its operations and structure that provides the incentive for a SASIT consultant to elicit the business-critical needs from stakeholders at all levels, and for documenting this information in clear terms. Our ability to explore areas that are both key and peripheral to a client's core business ensures effective outcomes that reflect the understanding of the context in which a client operates.
To achieve this result, our consultants use methods and tools that are consistent with, and recognized by institutions such as the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), as being best practice.
