    Data centre services

     We offer a range of services from Seven data centres in Australasia: Auckland (2) Christchurch (1) Sydney (2) Melbourne (2) The primary data centre site in Auckland which we own is also our corporate office.

    Infrastructure management

    Throughout Australasia we have a reputation for excellence in the operation of IBM Power Systems (120 under management), however we now also manage a greater number of non IBM systems.

    BACKUP & DR

    We offer a range of Backup and DR options including Backup-as-a-Service.  Business partners include Commvault, Veeam, and Plan B.  Regular data restores are undertaken to ensure rehearsed and efficient recovery.

    HIGH AVAILABILITY

    To provide uninterrupted service on a 24/7 basis we provide high-availability configurations.  Our specialists have extensive experience with iTera and MIMIX software from Vision Solutions.

    NETWORK MANAGEMENT

    We provide support for the provisioning and management of critical networks, leveraging industry knowledge and technology from our specialist partners.

    SECURITY MANAGEMENT

    Our security offerings focus on perimeter and endpoint protection including data centre security, firewall management, access control and virus protection. Further specialist services provided in conjunction with partners.

    APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

    We provide application management and support including lifecycle maintenance, licensing, versioning, incident and problem management.  Legacy application support and legacy application integration with cloud services

    MONITORING

    Extensive monitoring and alerting is a cornerstone of our service offering, encompassing all systems components ranging from racks and cooling systems to granular measures such as CPU usage and response times.  Predictive analysis.

    DBA SERVICES

    An end-to-end service for the administration of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and DB2 databases including training, documentation, and support.

    REPORTING & DASHBOARDS

    Customer specific reports that provide visibility of what is happening with the associated systems including trend analysis, risk identification, and opportunity identification.
