The team also agrees the change management process for the project. This means that unforeseen issues can be mitigated without major disruption to the plan.
Once systems testing is complete the customer confirms acceptance of the deliverables. The system is then handed over to the customer’s IT team. In many cases, however, our professional services team takes over the system under a managed services contract.
