We apply a single, transparent Project Management Framework (PMF) for governance and execution. The Framework takes a life-cycle approach, based on principles utilised in PMBOK and PRINCE2. We use these from initial engagement through delivery to hand-over and on-going support.

One of SASIT’s recent initiatives is to set up a Project Management Office. To do so we have engaged a certified Prince2 practitioner as a senior project manager. This professional is also available to help customers manage any major IT project we can help with.
